German bbq sauce Hot Mamas Premium Quality Sauces. Painmaker 1849
1849: duringh the great gold rush many chinese came to america. A chinese cook improoved a bitter sauce. He used ketjap (soja sauce) melasse, sugar, chinese spices and some whochestershire sauce from english immigrants. The result is exciting! Finally there is a sauce which fits to all bbqed.

Over the time the sauce was changed, but not always to its benefit. 2010 the original recipe was found by accident from Hot Mamas and introduced in germany. Since 2013 we sell this product again with the original taste 164 years ago.

Without any colors, preservatives, flavour enhancer, thinner, animal ingredients (except honey), no artificial sweetener, sulfur, phosphate or gene manipulated ingredients.
Made in Germany.
