Farmers Spätzle Homemade Egg Pasta

In the east Odenwald close to the famous romantic street (Romantischen Straße) our pasta are produced based on an old home recipe. In the production close to a village just about 100 souls we combine old german traditions and craftsmanship. Daily fresh eggs from close chicken farms and  clean semolina  gurantees firstclass pasta quality. So all pasta variation have the right bite, are maeaty. All dishes taste like homemade.
